Looks like Micky is taking to the new place. Although he still has to be leashed since there is a spot where he could get out of the fenced yard. Later they put the grill and a couple large pots in the spot and he didn't try getting away.
Layla taking in her new digs.
such an alert cutie.
Another look at the kids house. I swear this street could be a "Street of Dreams" street in Portland, Oregon. I use to love going to it when we would make our yearly visits to Dallas, Oregon, and I'd dream about what it would be like to live in a place like that. So glad the kids can.
They even had "the Man" come and mow their .9 acres and trim the crepe myrtles.
Love their big yard.
On our way back to the Atlanta area. Angie had to take us back and finish cleaning her rental house. Here Angie and I are following Ken in the newly rented U Haul.
Finally back in Suwanee. Layla was a champ. And so were Angie's neighbors who were excited to watch Layla for hours while Angie and I cleaned house.
Even Ken watched her a bit.
Got most of the work done that night but had to go back to finish up the next day and get the carpets professionally cleaned.
Layla and Angie sleeping at our place again.
Another big step in the big move complete!!
