3-25-18  scanning, scanning, and more scanning---then Sunday Social with Angie, Josh and Layla:

Found more letters Mom and Dad wrote to each other while he was on an isolated tour to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia back in 1968.  It's been interesting reading them and getting a feel for what life was like for them back in those days.  Boy have things changed---at least with technology.

 Then it was time to head to Angie and Josh's for Sunday Social.  We haven't been around for many of them this year!  Seems we've been gone a lot!  So it was nice to get back to it.
Even Layla seemed to enjoy Sunday Social.  Angie found a new use for the Boppie pillow---it makes a nice place for Layla to take a nap.

It was a great evening.  Layla was super.  Dinner (Angie's home made pizza) was fantastic.  And I whipped up on everyone in Mexican Train Dominoes.
